Within my own lived experiences I began searching for a path of healing. I yearned for peace within myself and acceptance for not only my trauma but all layers of my being. Within my years of exploration I've been able to expand my awareness and gain self-love. This expansion is ongoing and continues to be cultivated. At the heart of which I tap into safety within my body. I now seek share this gift by holding space and love for my community.
My practice includes a blend neo-tantra, bodywork, sacred intimacy and somatic healing. I aim to help reconnect & align the mind, body, and spirit through sacred and intentional attunement. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply respectful. I honor your boundaries and move at the pace your body & spirit are ready for.
Every session is a co-created experience — led by your intention, supported by my guidance, and held in a container of unconditional presence and compassion.
My Sessions are available to people of all body types, genders, sexuality and lived experiences.
My clientele often come in wanting to explore sexual blockages, disconnection from mind/body/genitals, pelvic floor release and further unpacking sexaul trauma & adverse experiences. I also work among cisgender men navigating internalized ideals, and expanding healthy intimacy practices.
I'm based in Tucson, AZ. I offer in person session at my central Tucson office and virtual sessions. For Sacred Movement sessions I am affiliated with two dance studios spaces which we can choose from based on given availability & preference.

Professional Background
Professional Background
Before diving into the layers of bodywork I began my career in LTC & Hospice shifted to ICU & ER care units and later on transitioned into Inpatient psychiatric care. This lead me through my undergrad degree and exploration of social service & diverse communities.
This background has helped me provide not only a trauma informed practice but also a better understanding of the human experience. We all have lived experiences that shape us.
Through gentle curiosity, compassion and love lies the expansion of our story.

In my free time I love exploring my story and experiences through music & sensual expression. I perform regularly in the Arizona burlesque scene. I'm currently expanding this expression beyond the container of burlesque through prolonged performance art pieces.
