Tantric Bodywork

Within my life practice I facilitate and follow neo-tantric principles. It incorporates a selection of teachings from the authentic Tantra through a more modern and westernized lens.

Key energy channels and centers within are cleansed, purified, harmonized, balanced, and activated.

Tantric bodywork can have several misconceptions, one being its a form of sex, but within my practice its a therapeutic energy-aligning experience that balances your own energy, and strengthens your internal/external experience.

At its essence, Tantric bodywork is a powerful path of awakening, with the ultimate aim to experience union within - of all polarities - beyond the binary, masculine & feminine energy, consciousness & form, spirituality and sexuality.

What can I expect within a session?

A tantric session combines various massage and breathing techniques and is connected to the philosophy of tantra. This is a personal and spiritual growth path that harnesses sexual expression, sensuality, and deep awakening.

The intention of the tantric session is to give a new way of accessing one's body, to show new areas of experience and to integrate sexuality into life as something nurturing, energetic, and present.

Every session is a co-created experience — led by your intention, supported by my guidance, and held in a container of unconditional presence and compassion.

A typical session is 2-3 hours long

On either massage table or thai mat

Focus points include: Mindful breathing, body-mapping, and sensate focus.

The flow of a session can include:

-Pre-talk (boundaries/wishes/intent) & (Informed Consent/Liability Agreement)

-Grounding through the breath

-Undressing Ritual

-Settling in, full body massage, energy meridians traced & opened (face-down)

-front body massage, guiding energy to build up, bringing it down the body from the crown, tuning into each chakra, (face-up)
